Pivovar Hostinec

Pivovar Hostinec is located on the main square in Košice in a building from the 15th century known as Levočský dom. Already in 1604, the first city brewery appeared here, which saw its reconstruction and resurrection in 2015. Today, they brew craft beers here and regularly change their production. They are based on quality and, above all, on the tradition of honest brewing art. Their Hostinecká 12°, BB Love Garden party and Hostinský Radler are interesting. Beer fans have the opportunity to order a beer tour and thus learn even more about its production as well as see the entire production process in their brewery, which is located in the basement of the building. However, we recommended this interesting establishment to Gurmán mainly because of its kitchen, which prepares the very specialties suitable for beer culture. All meals are made from ingredients from suppliers from the area and from our own farmers. Their home-made sausages, great goose meat or the inn’s own hamburger are famous. If you adore quality beer and quality food, then you cannot bypass Pivovar Hostinec. You have to make a little gourmet stop here and trust us, you won’t regret it.
