In the residential part of the charming wine town of Modra, lays the building of a renovated water mill from the 16th century houses, the restaurant Mlyn 108. The interior, which is carefully decorated to highlight the original spirit of the building, preserves the beam structures and the mill mechanism. The beating heart of the mill has now moved to the kitchen, where the door is always open and anyone can come in and observe the work in the kitchen. The menu is adapted to the season and all dishes are prepared from fresh ingredients, which are mainly supplied to the restaurant by local farmers, fishermen, butchers and cheese makers. During Easter, goats from farmers, at the end of May, spring deer. The dishes are harmoniously matched with wines from small winemakers from Modra and the surrounding area.
