Residence Hotel is located in the beautiful surroundings of the Low Tatras in the tourist center of Donovaly. The hotel offers excellent services for families with children, as well as active guests with the possibility of various recreational sports or hiking. It is also known for its thematic weekends and gastronomic events. The Grand restaurant is stylishly furnished and offers a magnificent view of the surrounding nature of the Tatras. Chef Richard Noskovič is inspired by the philosophy of “food as medicine” when compiling the regularly changing menu. His cuisine is oriented towards quality and seasonality. In addition to the classic à la carte menu, the hotel also offers a healthy Zenaya menu prepared from fresh and organic ingredients. There are also traditional Central Slovakian specialties on offer, but we were interested in bear garlic cream, crayfish meat, white truffle and goat stewed in straw wine roasted in a pork mesh, spinach puree, fried home-made baked potato croquette, baked garlic, young mushrooms, carrots and white asparagus. We recommend stopping at this restaurant the next time you pass through Donovaly.
